Mason & Hamlin model AThis restored Mason & Hamlin model A from the year 1915 has been completely refinished in ebony satin. It was restored with genuine Mason & Hamlin replacement parts, and has all of its hardware refinished. It has 88 new key-levers with ebony sharps, and new front rail and balance rail pins. It has a rebuilt key-frame including new front and balance rail punchings and a new back-rail cloth. It has all new felts, and new action components including hammers, shanks, flanges, whippens and new back-checks. This piano also has a replaced back-action. It has a new Mason & Hamlin damper mechanism with damper wires, and its original rosewood damper heads and new damper felts. It has new bridge cap, bridge pins, a new pinblock, German tuning pins and the finest German wire and imported bass strings. The pedals are re-plated. The lyre mechanism is completely rebuilt with Mason & Hamlin replacement parts. The trapwork is upgraded with new bearings, pins, and all new leather. And the bottom of the piano is refinished.
